KARACHI: Bahria Town Karachi 2 will open bookings for residential and commercial plots on 5th January 2023 (Tomorrow).
This is the second project by Bahria Town in Karachi and is currently in the developing stage.
Bahria Town Karachi 2 has offered residential and commercial plots of different sizes and prices.
Bahria Town Karachi 2 will be offering the following residential plots:
- 125 Yards
- 250 Yards
- 500 Yards
- 1,000 Yards
Bahria Town Karachi 2 will be offering the following commercial plots:
- 125 Yards
- 250 Yards
Bahria Town Karachi 2 will also be offering 3-bedroom Villas in the following plot size:
- 125 Yard
It has also been disclosed that the plots will be offered on a 4-year installment plan, and the booking price would be 15% of the total principal amount.
Additionally, the possession of plots would be granted within 2 years after booking.
The management of BTK2 has also disclosed that all the development charges would be included in the booking amount, and no additional amount would be charged.
Bahria Town claims that the development work is being carried out at a rapid pace, and almost 40% of infrastructure work has been finished, including the main gate, mosque, hospital, school, and college.
