Owner of Town Developers and K7 Marketing, by his accomplishments, philanthropic efforts, commitment to sustainability, expertise in risk tolerance and decisiveness, deligence efforts for development of innovations and trendsetter for new projects all leads to that Shoaib Khanani proved to be a man of his commitments. Born in Karachi and the initial step of Real Estate Empire was to work as Surveyar in Clifton Karachi 1992. Commencement of first Real Estate office The Investor Base 1996 with a reputation of strategic planning which were able to anticipate and adapt to market trends, strong relationships with investors, contractors, and other industry professionals. All these were the building blocks of Town Developers established in 2000. Khanani with his company embarks on a journey which contains enormous amount of work with vetern real estate projects of Pakistan such as GDA(Gwadar Development Authority), DHA(Defence Housing Authority), Bahria Town, HRL (Habib Rafiq Limited) etc.
